Snap Plugs, also known as Snap Fit Connectors, are made from Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE) with a vibrant red appearance.

The LDPE plugs benefit from a simple snap fitting design that once pushed into position, a single turn gives a tight fit. The range also features options with a pull-tab for quick removal.

Each snap fit plug covers a range of different thread sizes and styles, including; Standard/JIC, Metric and BSP.

These Center Pull Plugs are used to seal electrical wire ends. Due to the tapered design, the item can plug multiple inner diameters. Tapered Caps and Plugs made from Red and Blue Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE). A versatile assembly that can be used as both a tapered cap or a tapered plug.

The tapered design allows the part to plug multiple inner diameters or cap multiple outside diameters. The Tapered Cap Plug protects the assembly against damage, dirt, moisture and corrosion during storage and shipping. The series has parts with a heavy duty design, which includes a rugged wall and seal rings for maximum protection.

To assure a proper fit;

• The tapered plugs outer diameter should be approximately 1% larger than the inner diameter of the part (minimum of 0.020 inch).
• The tapered caps inner diameter should be approximately 1% smaller than the outside diameter of the part (minimum of 0.020 inch).

Our range of High Temperature Masking Plugs are available as a solid plug or with a hollow core. These reusable tapered plugs are available as either a premium Silicone Plug or as a cost-effective EPDM plug.

The Hollow Tapered Plugs provide an economical solution for large diameter holes. The hollow center aids compression for improved sealing.

Silicone Tapered Plugs are a premium option due to the high temperature rating of 600F (316C). High Temp Silicone Plugs can be used multiple times. Hardness; Durometer (Shore A) 55+5. Various colour options are available, including; Natural, Blue, Green, Grey, Pink, Purple, Red and Yellow.

The Black EPDM tapered plug is an economical material has a slightly reduced heat resistance with a high temperature rating of 435F (218C), but boasts superior chemical resistance.

These Threaded Sealing Plugs for BSP/GAS Threads are designed with a double sealing ring on the underside of the flange to provide a secure and reliable seal. The nylon material absorbs paint, minimising paint flaking and protects from contaminants like dirt, dust, and debris, not trapping liquid and moisture from the hole.

It is easy to install and remove by hand, but its hex head allows the plug to be applied or removed with a spanner, Allen key or socket. Due to its material, it is capable of withstanding temperatures in the range of -40F to 320F | -40C to 160C.
