LDPE Push-Fit

Open-End Pipe Caps, are a pipe cap that protects external threads on pipe ends, rigid metal conduit ends (RMC) or intermediate metal conduit ends (IMC).

Our pipe thread cap range is made from Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE). The Pipe Thread Protector Caps are sized and designed for positive-gripping power over the threads of the pipe.

Flanged caps are designed to protect threaded connectors or fittings but are used to fit both threaded or round surfaces. You can assemble or remove these caps by hand or automated equipment.

A plug specially designed for the plugging of NPT tapered threaded fittings.

The tapered design means the product is able to plug multiple inside diameters - making it highly versatile. In order to assure a proper fit; the plug dimension should be approximately one percent larger than the inside diameter of the part (minimum of 0.020 inches).

Hose Washer Caps are applied on hose and tube ends in order to prevent them from sliding over the fittings.

These Quick Fit Threaded Protection Plugs protect threads and fittings from damage during production, storage, and shipment, ensuring that they remain in good condition and ready for use when needed. The protection plug protects from contaminants like dirt, dust, debris, and moisture from the hole.

It conceals the initial thread of ordinary female threads. It is offered in either Silicone, a reusable high temperature resistant material, or EPDM, a reusable and cost-effective material with less heat but excellent chemical resistance. Its ergonomic pull tab makes it simple to install and remove. Used in various applications, including hydraulic, pneumatic and general engineering industries.

Snap Plugs, also known as Snap Fit Connectors, are made from Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE) with a vibrant red appearance.

The LDPE plugs benefit from a simple snap fitting design that once pushed into position, a single turn gives a tight fit. The range also features options with a pull-tab for quick removal.

Each snap fit plug covers a range of different thread sizes and styles, including; Standard/JIC, Metric and BSP.

Grease Nipple Caps are designed to cover and protect the heads of Grease Nipples. Nipple Caps are a low-cost effective solution that protects against ingress of dust and dirt when not engaged with its mating part. They can also be used for other applications, including Glue Guns. The cap is knurled to assure an easy grip, and it is fitted with a retaining washer to help it stay in place.

Our Nipple Cap offer is made from Red Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE). These LDPE Nipple Caps are easy to use and install; they offer an ideal solution for any grease applicator, by covering the end-tip to prevent overflow and leakage from the substances contained within.
