Masking Pull plugs are ideal for masking threaded and plain through-holes. To apply, just pull the thinner end of the plug through the hole until it stretches the larger end through the hole; then release it so it will compress and make a tight seal. Use the Flanged Pull plugs to mask the backside of the hole. These come in a premium high-temp silicone material or in an economical reduced temp EPDM material. Applications include Powder Coating, E-Coating, Plating and Anodizing.

Snap Plugs, also known as Snap Fit Connectors, are made from Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE) with a vibrant red appearance.

The LDPE plugs benefit from a simple snap fitting design that once pushed into position, a single turn gives a tight fit. The range also features options with a pull-tab for quick removal.

Each snap fit plug covers a range of different thread sizes and styles, including; Standard/JIC, Metric and BSP.

Our range of High Temperature Masking Plugs are available as a solid plug or with a hollow core. These reusable tapered plugs are available as either a premium Silicone Plug or as a cost-effective EPDM plug.

The Hollow Tapered Plugs provide an economical solution for large diameter holes. The hollow center aids compression for improved sealing.

Silicone Tapered Plugs are a premium option due to the high temperature rating of 600F (316C). High Temp Silicone Plugs can be used multiple times. Hardness; Durometer (Shore A) 55+5. Various colour options are available, including; Natural, Blue, Green, Grey, Pink, Purple, Red and Yellow.

The Black EPDM tapered plug is an economical material has a slightly reduced heat resistance with a high temperature rating of 435F (218C), but boasts superior chemical resistance.

Push-in Plugs are a practical choice for blanking a wide range of holes or bores during manufacturing processes or transportation, and can be applied to finished products. Our range of O-Ring Face Seal Caps are designed for the protection of O-Ring face seal connectors that are used on hydraulic connections.

The design of these caps features a longer overall length for added protection from the ingress of dirt and other contaminants. They also include a moulded retaining ring at the bottom that easily snaps under the connector to keep it securely in place during transit and processing.
