First Thread Protection Plugs are used to provide masking to the first thread of standard female threads. They feature an ergonomic pull-tab that allows for simple installation and removal.

Suitable for a range of masking applications that include; powder coating. e-coating, plating and anodizing.

The range is available in different material options. Silicone is a premium masking material due to its high temperature rating. EPDM is an economical material with lower heat resistance, but superior chemical resistance. Both material options can be used multiple times.

Self-Locking Protector provides fast installation and removal that is easy. The protector features four integral arrows that push through the flange bolt holes to fasten it firmly into position. Requires no additional fasteners.

Meets ANSI B16.5 and ASME B16.47 specification.

Ensure you select an appropriate protector by first measuring both the Outside Diameter and Bolt Circle Diameter of your flange.

Full Face Flange Protectors have a simple push-in design. The design also features flexible fins that ensure a snug fit into the bore, every single time.

This flange protection requires no fasteners to assemble. It meets ANSI B16.5 Class 150 flanges, DIN2627 to 2638 and BS5504 ratings.
