Stud Mount Leveling Feet with a Plastic Rigid Base adjust to uneven surfaces and level machine tools, electronic racks, and similar applications. The plastic base provides a smooth non-abrasive surface that protects floors.

Stud Mount Leveling Feet, also known as Swivel Screw Feet or Leveling Mounts with Threaded Stud, are often used in machine construction, compensating uneven surfaces on which the machine is positioned. The stud leveling feet allow for adjustment of the machine, in order to reduce tilting.

They are applied by threading threaded inserts or shafts to the corners at the base of the machine. The inserts are attached to leveling feet; the feet meet the floor, and can be independently lengthened or shorted, ensuring your assembly is perfectly level and secure.

Our stud leveling feet range is made up of Swivel Tilting Adjustable Machine Feet. The plastic leveling feet are provided in a Nylon option, which has a maximum tilt of 20 degrees and a high bearing load of 2000lbs per foot. This option is ideal for mounting machines or conveyers. Also available in this range is a Polypropylene (PP) option that has a maximum tilt of 25 degrees. Both come with Zinc Plated Steel threaded inserts.

Our swivel leveling mount range also includes Low Profile Adjustable Feet, which are made from Polyethylene (PE) with a Steel threaded insert. We also have a series of Non-Articulating Adjustable Feet, sold as a foot only option, Made from PP these swivel pad feet are used alone with threaded inserts (sold separately).

Side Hinges offer a rotational angle of 180 degrees. Types 1 and 2 are high resistance hinges for medium and heavy door panels. They also offer high security and are assembled using the special screws provided. Type 3 is a lower cost, lower security alternative.

Metal Leaf Hinges are available for applications for flush-mounted doors with half countersunk mounting holes on one side of the component and half- threaded studs on the other. The range of Die-Cast Zinc Alloy hinges have a maximum rotation of 270 degrees and there are a number of types available.

Lift Off Hinges, also known as Door Removal Hinges, make the removal of covers, doors and panels simple. When the panel to which the hinge is attached is opened, the top part of the hinge lifts off from the bottom part. We have several Lift-Off Hinges to choose from...

Flush Mount Hinges designed for plain/flush mounted doors, and Surface Mount Hinges that are ideal for electric panels and machinery covers. Both options are made from Zinc Alloy and have a Stainless Steel AISI 304 pin. The lift-off hinge feature makes for easy door and panel removal, while the concealed mounting screws prevent external access to the hinge. They have a maximum hinge rotation of 180 degrees. Both available with Chrome Plated and Black Powder Coated finishes.

Our Surface Mount offer includes Zinc Plated Steel and Stainless Steel Lift off Hinge options designed for plain, flush-mounted doors. The hinge rotation is 270 degrees.

Also available are Nylon Lift-Off Latch/Locks made from 30% Glass Filled Polyamide 6 (PA6) that are suitable for an M8 thread. The fastening bolts are not included. Plastic over plugs are provided with your purchase. These plastic hinges feature a universal lock and hinge design. The hinge rotation is 180 degrees, and the door can be completely removed by unlocking the hinge. Hex head driver insert is used to secure hinges (4mm hex head).

Vertical Card Guides have a secure, locking Threaded Metal Pin to hold PCB boards in place and are easily engaged and disengaged with a finger press. These tension guides support boards vertically in tight spaces and include mounting hardware.

Teflon Glides are fastened with the aid of a screw to provide a strong hold to the mounting surface. A 4.5 mm diameter hole provides a fastener entry for the screw without damaging the washer. The steel washer is coated with PTFE to provide maximum glide.

Vertical Card Guides have a secure, locking Threaded Plastic Pin to hold PCB boards in place and are easily engaged and disengaged with a finger press. These tension guides support boards vertically and the double channel permits side-by-side mounting.

The Concealed Hinges are left-hand and right-hand applicable and are ideal for metal enclosures and machinery covers. Types 1-6 have a hinge rotation angle of 120 degrees. Type 5 has a frame part which is screw-on and a door part which is weld-on. Type 7 has a hinge rotation angle of 135 degrees and types 8 and 9 are suitable for internally mounted doors.

Adjustable Torque Hinges operate with a single torque adjustment using the screw. Torque Hinges are used to hold doors or panels in position.

Our range features a Black Powder Coated Adjustable Torque Hinge that is surface mounted, which features a body made from 30% Glass Filled Polyamide 6 DIN-EN ISO 1043-1, with Stainless Steel AISI 304 screws and nuts. The hinge torque can be adjusted using a screw, and the hinge rotation is 180 degrees. The hinge is installed and secured using M4 and M6 screws. This hinge provides position control. The torque values available are 0.8Nm and 4.0 Nm. The working temperature is 23F up to 149F.

Also featured are Indexing (Detent) Hinges also made from 30% Glass Filled Polyamide 6, that is black in appearance. They have a Steel EKN6222 pin. The indexing feature allows the hinge to hold its position at the specified angle. Positions available included; 80, 115 and 150 degree angles, as well as a non-indexed option.

This product range also includes Leaf Hinges with a Black Powder Coated Steel body and Stainless Steel pin material. These hinges are generally used for plain or flush mounted, isolated doors. They are ideal for applications including; generators, machinery covers and electric panels. The maximum hinge rotation is 270 degrees, and they are designed for left and right hand applications. M8 x 12mm coach bolts are supplied.
