Thumb Screws

These plastic caps mate to any length of standard socket head screws to convert them into simple wing-style thumb screw knobs. They are assembled by being pressed down onto a socket head screw with the use of a punch press, hydraulic press, or a vise.

These plastic Rosette-shaped Caps fit all lengths of standard socket head screws to allow you to convert them into various colors of thumb screw. They are quickly assembled by pressing down onto a socket head screw. These knobs cannot be installed by hand and require the use of a punch press, hydraulic press or a vise to attach the screw.

Plastic Round Caps fit any length of standard socket head screws to create a basic round thumb screw in any of one of our stanard colors. They are assembled by pressing down onto a socket head screw. These knobs need to be assembled with the use of a punch press, hydraulic press, or a vise to properly attach the cap to the socket head screw.

These Knurled Round Head Thumb Screws are intended for use in situations requiring tool-free installation and removal. Due to the easy-to-grip knurled surface, they are simple to apply and fasten by hand. The oval-shaped knurled head also helps apply pressure uniformly over the surface, decreasing the possibility of damage.

It is resistant to corrosion, wear, lightweight, durable and vibration resistant. Used in applications for furniture assembly, electrical equipment or machinery construction.
