Standoffs

Our range of Standoffs, which are commonly referred to as Hex Spacers or Standoff Pillars, are quick and easy to install thanks to their screw-in design. Our standoffs are available in both a non-undercut and undercut version. Non-undercut spacers offer greater stability, but require a washer for installation. Whereas undercut spacers are much quicker to install, and allow spacers to be stacked and do not require the use of a washer - making them a econonical solution. Our spacer range is also available in self-tapping types for mating with non-threaded fittings.

Our standoff spacers offering includes undercut male to female standoff made from either, nickel-plated brass, zinc-plated steel, aluminium or stainless steel, which are self-tapping. Female to female hex spacers made from brass, stainless steel, nickel-plated brass or zinc-plated steel. A self-tapping male to female hexagonal spacer made from nickel-plated hardened steel that's brass coloured. We also offer a round natural Nylon 6/6 push spacer.

Cable Clamps - Adhesive Mount, Aluminium, 2 Arm

Cable Clamps with two arms are quick and easy to install thanks to their strong adhesive mount. The arms are flexible making them easy to adjust. Ideal for securing lightweight cables, wires and cords.

This type of cable clamp is low profile, light but also durable, and usually takes up little space.

Bullet - Simple

Weld On Bullet Hinges, or simply Bullet Hinges, are versatile lift-off hinges with a very simple design. These welding hinges provide a compact and strong method to attach metal doors to metal frames that's also aesthetically pleasing.

Weldable bullet hinges are an ideal choice for narrow frames where other hinge types take up too much space. They are also known as weld on barrel hinges, and are a type of welding hinge that is stylish, yet robust - suitable for an array of applications. Our range features weld on hinges made from aluminium, steel and stainless steel. With brass, steel or stainless steel pin and washer options.

Unflanged Stainless Carriages

These Unflanged Stainless Carriages are a type of linear bearing particularly useful for heavy loads in various applications where linear motion is guided and supported. Their rails are made of contoured aluminium, with two hardened stainless steel shafts pressed to serve as raceways for the runner block balls.

Because of its low friction, the unflanged design provides a larger surface contact area with the linear guide, ensuring increased stability and precision in motion. The lack of flanges also allows for additional flexibility in terms of space and location. Ball retainers in the carriages allow for far larger parallelism and mounting base height offsets, allowing for considerable misalignment and allowing the carriages to be withdrawn from the rail without losing any balls.

Its structure is highly corrosion resistant, making it perfect for use in areas with moisture, chemicals, or severe temperatures. It can withstand temperatures ranging from -20C to +120C. It can be used in various applications, including machinery, handling technology, machine enclosures, medical, food, etc.
