Masking Straight Caps

Masking Straight Caps are excellent for protecting and masking pieces through various masking techniques. Designed to protect studs, pins, tube ends, and other applications that need threaded or non-threaded holes. Available in Silicone and EPDM.

Easy Pull Masking Caps

Easy Pull Masking Caps are intended for masking parts during anodising, blasting, powder coating, e-coating, plating, and ordinary paint applications. Available in a variety of materials with a wide range of benefits. Silicone is a high-quality masking substance that can withstand high temperatures. EPDM is a less expensive compound that is less heat resistant.

  • Easy Pull Masking Caps provide optimum protection for end tip profiles, such as rods, pipes and tubes during manufacturing processes.
  • Typical applications include; anodizing, blasting, powder coating, e-coating, plating and general paint lines.
  • To ensure the best possible fit, the inside diameter dimension should be approximately 10 percent smaller than the outside diameter of the part being masked.

Expandable Masking Covers

Expandable Masking Covers are an ideal alternative to a more conventional cap when the part to cover has an awkward shape. The Masking Covers are expandable by stretching with an elasticated end or by stretching through the elasticity of the material. The elasticated cap makes it a looser hold and therefore is best for a general protection during transport and storage or light masking requirement.

The stretched material cap has a stronger hold on the part by gripping and therefore is best for application putting pressure on the part. Their softening point is at 90 degrees Celsius and they can be used up to 100 degrees Celsius.

Flexible Vinyl Pull Tab Caps - High Temp

High Temperature Flexible Caps with an ergonomic-friendly pull-tab design for easy fitting and removal. Suitable for use on threaded or plain applications.

The unique design fits a range of applications and thread sizes including Metric, UNF and BSP. The range includes options with a six-sided design.

Masking Washer Caps

Masking Washer Caps are intended as caps with an additional washer to hide grounding or plug holes, when inverted. Protects against solvents, abrasives, and suitable for temperatures of up to +250ºC.

Tapered Paper Caps

Tapered Paper Caps are perfect for paint and powder coating applications. Made from a blend of post-consumer and virgin materials. Can sustain operating temperatures of up to +205C.

  • Ideal use for end of tubes, pipes or other cylindrical objects.

Flexible End Caps - High Temperature
