Threaded Protection Plugs designed for use on UNF Threads. Shield threads and fittings from damage and contaminants during production, storage and shipment. With fewer thread forms, they allow for quick application.

• It is compatible with NS and NF Class 1-2-3 standard threads.

Threaded O-ring Plugs for UNF Threads include a compressed flange lip and an O-ring (optional) to provide a watertight seal and superior leakage prevention for hydraulic threads. The threaded O-ring keeps contaminants like dirt, dust, debris, and moisture out of the hole.

It may be installed using a hex wrench, screwdriver, or hand. Often used on flat-faced hydraulic fittings, it is recommended when strength and resistance are desired as it can withstand temperatures that range from -40F to 230F | -40C to 110C. Used in oil and gas, plumbing, and automotive sectors where leak-proof seals are crucial to system integrity.

Slotted Plugs are designed with a double sealing ring on the underside of the flange that provides a secure and reliable seal. The design includes five complete threads for a secure fit. These Sealing Plugs are easy to install and remove by hand. The hex head design allows the plug to be applied or removed with a screwdriver, spanner, Allen key or socket. The range covers an extensive offering of dimensions suitable for Metric, BSP, and UNF threads.
