Square Nuts

In this range used with lead screws, you will find a wide range of Square Nuts depending on your needs: Square Bronze Nuts with fixing holes, Square Brass Nuts, Square Steel Nuts and Square Steel Nuts with Fixing holes.

  • Square Bronze Nuts with through holes are used when a secure and robust connection is needed. It provides stability and strength, making it suited for medium-duty applications. It has through holes suitable for cap head screws.
  • Square Brass Nut is used in applications where fairly light loads are required. It is sturdy and resistant to corrosion, moisture, and other factors.
  • Square Steel Nuts are utilised in applications that need slow rotational speeds, manual control, clamping or locking actions.
  • Square Steel Nuts with Holes are used for applications with low rotational speeds, manual control, and locking functions. It has through holes suitable for cap head screws.

These are widely utilised in a variety of industrial applications, including in automotive, aerospace, and medical equipment. Available as standard right-hand thread square nuts as well as left-hand threaded.

Cover Caps are used to conceal and protect exposed screw or bolt heads, while providing an attractive finish. Caps and washers are supplied separately.

Side Mount Hinges

Side Hinges offer a rotational angle of 180 degrees. Types 1 and 2 are high resistance hinges for medium and heavy door panels. They also offer high security and are assembled using the special screws provided. Type 3 is a lower cost lower security alternative

Paddle Latch - Push to Close

A Paddle Latch is a recessed release handle, commonly found on enclosure doors and access panels. Sometimes known as a Paddle Lock; they work by simply pulling the release mechanism, the paddle latch bar is retracted and the door can then be opened.

Our Paddle Latches have a locking mechanism, available in Eurokey or Keyed Different. The paddle latch lock cylinder can be opened from the inside by moving the cam, and they are keyed alike with Stainless Steel.The Paddle Lock Latch range is supplied with one key.

Our Locking Paddle Latch offer is available in a choice of body and handle materials, including; Steel and Polyamide (PA). The Steel Paddle Latch range is offered with Black Powder Coating or Zinc Plating, and a choice of Brass or Steel cam material. The PA Paddle Locks are available with a Brass cam.

These push to close Paddle Latch products have either a 'long cam' or a 'slam shut' operation.

Continuous Hinges - Metal

Our range of Continuous Hinges are available in a host of sizes to suit your project requirements. These hinges are a more visually pleasing alternative to Butt Hinges. The hinge fits along the full length of a door, lid or other hinged application, and evenly distribute a load. They provide a seamless and hard-wearing opening.

Commonly used for piano lids - these durable hinges can be used in any number of light, medium and heavy duty industries, including, patio doors, shed, commercial and engineering applications, cabinets and other enclosures, furniture making, sheet metal and other metal fabrications.

The range includes Steel and AISI 304 Stainless Steel options. These continuous hinges come in drilled or non drilled options. Also available are Aluminium 6082 T5 options that features an aluminium profile with a small stainless steel pin diameter. This hinge comes non drilled with a weld on design, and features a choice of anodised or raw finishes.

  • Can be riveted, screwed or welded in position.

Standoffs

Our range of Standoffs, which are commonly referred to as Hex Spacers or Standoff Pillars, are quick and easy to install thanks to their screw-in design. Our standoffs are available in both a non-undercut and undercut version. Non-undercut spacers offer greater stability, but require a washer for installation. Whereas undercut spacers are much quicker to install, and allow spacers to be stacked and do not require the use of a washer - making them a econonical solution. Our spacer range is also available in self-tapping types for mating with non-threaded fittings.

Our standoff spacers offering includes undercut male to female standoff made from either, nickel-plated brass, zinc-plated steel, aluminium or stainless steel, which are self-tapping. Female to female hex spacers made from brass, stainless steel, nickel-plated brass or zinc-plated steel. A self-tapping male to female hexagonal spacer made from nickel-plated hardened steel that's brass coloured. We also offer a round natural Nylon 6/6 push spacer.
