Hex Head Cap Screws - Plastic

A Cap Screw, sometimes referred to as a Cap Head Bolt, are a type of threaded fastener that is commonly used when making mechanical connections between mating components. The Cap Head Screws ensure the objects are held together securely.

Cap Screws have a large head and a cylindrical shaft with an external thread. The head of the plastic cap screw is hexagonal in shape; these Hex Head Screws are available as either a flat head bolt or with a slotted drive.

Screw-On Bumper Feet

Screw On Feet, sometimes known as Enclosure Feet, are recessed for use as rubber feet on small appliances and other retail products. These Screw-On Feet are attached with a separate screw, bolt, or rivet to the assembly, and are made from anti-scratch material to help protect and maintain surfaces.

Our Rubber Feet range includes Bumper Feet made from PVC or TPE, a Big Foot range made from ABS with a flame rating of UL94 HB.

Also available are a wide range of Bolt On Rubber Feet made from Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE), Thermoplastic Rubber (TPR) and Neoprene Rubber. These Screw Feet are ideal for wooden cabinets, equipment enclosures, free-standing electrical/electronic equipment and more. TPR benefits from excellent slip resistances.

Plastic Screw Rivets

Leaf Hinges - Screw On

Leaf Hinges are a style of surface mount hinges with a flat leaf design, and are used for various applications. This Leaf Hinge range have a countersunk design that makes them an ideal choice for flush mounted doors and panels.

The surface mounted hinge range offers different formats of countersunk holes, depending on the strength of the support required by the application. Our Countersunk Hinges are provided in a choice of materials that suit the environmental demands of the application, whether that's indoor or outdoor exposure.

The material options include; hinges made from Aluminium, Die Cast Zinc Allow, Steel, and Stainless Steel countersunk hinge, and Polyamide surface mount hinge options. The surface mount hinge offer is suitable for M5 and M6 fixings, and is generally used on plain, flush mounted isolated, and heavy duty doors. Options are also available to that can be used on generators and machinery covers.

A broad choice of material finishes, including; Polished, Powder Coating, Anodised, Zinc and Chrome Plating, and Electro-polished - offering added protection and resistence, including corrosion resistance.

Screw mount wire clips to hold cables in place. Available in two different types.

Thumb Screw Knobs - Knurled

Knurled Knobs, or Thumb Knobs easily press fit on to screws, creating a small knob for clamping or securing an application. These Thumb Screw Knobs, also known as Thumb Bolts, can be used with any length of screw. The knurled edge is easily gripped for tightening and loosening.

Our offer features a range of black and orange Knurled Knobs, made from Polyoxymethylene (POM). Several options available; the first two options offer easy assembly with bolts and nuts, with a single hammer-stroke. Suitable for M4, M5, M6, M8 and M10 hexagon bolts and nuts. They are in compliance with DIN 555, 601, 934, 558, 571, 931 and 7976. The third options easily assembles on socket head screws, also with one hammer-stroke. Available for inside hexagon bolts from M3 up to M10, and in compliance with DIN 912, 6912, 7984.

Also available are Knurled Screws or Nuts made from either Steel, with a tensile strength class of 5.8 (500 N/mm). This option has a visible face fine turned and blackened. The other option made from Stainless Steel AISI 303 - the visible face find turned with a matte, shot-blasted finish. Various threads available include M5 knob screw options.

A Thumb Screw Knob made from Acetal is also in our thumb knob range. These can be used as a thumb screw or a knob, with caps available for use with any length screw. Colour options include Black, Blue and Red.

The range also features a black Polyamide (PA 6) Knurled Kbob, suitable for Socket Head Caps Screws, which easily assembles into the base of the knob. Not special tools or glue is required. The knurled edge increases grip.

Thumb Screw Knobs - T-Head

T-Head Thumb Screw Knobs can be press-fit onto screws to create a small knob for clamping or securing. These knobs can be used with any length screw and the T-Head design provides extra leverage when tightening.
